Day one. Osaka

A little bit of home from grabbing water last night.

The adventure begins.

I started my journey at 3am in Jersey. A 6 am flight to Los Angeles,  then a 12.5 hour flight to Osaka. All in total 26 hours of travel, including layovers.

Both flights went well. No turbulence and only a slight rocky landing on a floating island at Osaka.

No new pictures, Osaka looks like any other city at night. I could have been driving into Philly or New York.

Hotel is nice with a decent buffet style breakfast.  Had rice with katsu curry, noodles, eggs and miso soup.

I love katsu curry. It is one of those flavors that remind me of walking the streets of Osaka in 2017 and walking into a fast food shop at random and having a satisfying meal on a night inhad nothing to do and had no idea where I was. It was nice to have it for breakfast.

Checking out at 11 and trying to find my way to a bus to get to Shikoku. Google maps has excellent public transit information for trains and busses here.

Wish me luck
